The California JPIA is soliciting proposals for the development of a Member Analytic System (MAS) to provide for the capture, management, analysis, and reporting of data generated through California JPIA operations and the operations of its business partners (e.g., third party claims administrators). Bidders may propose custom software development, commercial off-the-shelf software, or any combination of approaches that they feel will result in the best value for the California JPIA.

Responses to the RFP will be evaluated based on the total Proposal, and the award, if made, will be to a single Bidder. This is a best value procurement that will evaluate Bidders across a number of categories, including, but not limited to, cost.
