  Ergonomics - Field and Transit Personnel / Refresher     Length: 1 Hour  
  This is an interactive educational program that reviews topics to enhance a successful injury prevention and management process. Examples of items covered for both classes will be basic anatomy relevant to the job, workplace fatigue, preventative stretching exercises and proactive attitude. Audience participation will be solicited for questions and real problems being faced in the workplace. Training is customized for the occupation and the job responsibilities of those employees being trained. For field and transit personnel topics such as getting in and out of vehicles, proper selection of tools and equipment choices are reviewed.
