PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The CALIFORNIA JPIA’s insured programs represent commercial insurance programs, including property, earthquake, crime, environmental, and special events. Member participation in the various commercial programs is very high, with over 90% participating in the property program, 63% participating in the environmental program, and nearly 80% participating in the special events and crime programs.

Following is a brief summary of each insured program:

Property Program
Provides all-risk coverage for real and personal property; and has optional coverage available for earthquake & flood, licensed emergency and non-emergency vehicles, and boiler & machinery. Click here for full program details.

Environmental Program
Provides coverage for pollution coverage of property. Click here for full program details.

Crime Program
Provides coverage for employee dishonesty, failure to faithfully perform duties, forgery, counterfeiting, theft, robbery, burglary, and computer fraud. Click here for full program details.

Provides liability insurance when member-owned premises are used for special events or short-term activities. Click here for full program details.
