Training for Part-Time and Seasonal Employees

We all may encounter challenges as we prepare for a new position and become aware of our responsibilities that accompany it. What is considered "inappropriate behavior" and how do you respond to it? How do you deal with the difficult person? What are your responsibilities when dealing with an emergency? These questions and more are answered in this training designed to give part-time and seasonal employees a general overview on appropriate practices and procedures in the workplace. A brief summary of state and federal laws defining inappropriate conduct in the workplace and outlines of proper emergency and reporting procedures are included along with the basics of good customer service. Participants will walk away with the necessary information and understandings to make their job experience successful.
