CPR/AED/First Aid - POST Training

CLASSROOM TRAINING
The POST First-Aid, CPR & AED Skills Refresher Training is designed to meet the retraining requirements of Title 22, Div 9, Chap 1.5 First Aid and CPR Standards and Training for Public Safety Personnel. Participants must have completed the POST Learning Portal online First Aid / CPR / AED course prior to taking this Instructor-led skills demonstration training course as per the LD 34 Training and Testing Specifications. Prior to taking this course, participants must take the prerequisite POST Learning Portal First Aid / CPR / AED (WEB) Self-Paced Training Course (4 hours). Please contact your agency's POST training officer for information about this prerequisite. Who should attend:
This training meets the requirements of PC 13518 and is required every two years for every city/district police officer, (deputy) sheriff, (deputy) marshal, and CHP peace officer, except those whose duties are primarily clerical or administrative. This training is for sworn peace officers.
