Risk Managers Roundtable: Handling Workplace Investigations

Properly handling workplace investigations is essential part of your agency's human resources function. Attendees at this roundtable will discuss and learn about the multi-faceted world of workplace investigations and documentation, and the significant role they play in risk management and employment litigation. We will also discuss how documents should be created, utilized and stored, as well as illustrate how, in many cases, memory just isn’t good enough to defeat employment claims.
