Conflict Resolution: Helping Employees Get Along

CLASSROOM TRAINING
Conflict at work is expensive, time consuming, and bad for business. Employees who can't or won't get along at work can create hostile work environments and cause retention and morale issues. This session helps you use new communication skills, team building, group problem-solving tools, mediation / empathic listening on your part, and your knowledge of social intelligence to help you create and enforce ground rules for workplace civility, appropriate behavior, and ultimately, better employee performance.
