Accident Investigation

CLASSROOM TRAINING
This four-hour program designed for supervisors and managers who investigate workplace injuries (excluding vehicle events). The program covers the importance of accident investigation, accident causation, conducting and documenting the investigation, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Required by General Industry Safety Orders 3203.
