Risk Management Academy

TRAINING
This Academy will provide the essential building blocks to develop, establish, and embed risk management as a business process within your agency. Participants will learn to better manage their agency’s risk by understanding the basic concepts, principles, and applications of risk management. In addition, participants will gain a better understanding of the Authority’s tools and resources, along with skills necessary to achieve buy-in from upper management to create and support a healthy risk management culture. This Academy covers one module of the five-module Risk Management Practitioner (RMP) Program. Attendance of this no-cost academy is limited to twenty-five participants.
