Handling Diversity in the Workplace

CLASSROOM TRAINING
This workshop is designed to lay the critical foundation in handling diversity in the workplace. Participants will gain knowledge and understanding of workplace issues and challenges of workplace diversity, factors of cultural diversity and ethnicity, stereotypes, and steps to dealing with diversity. Exercises are presented in awareness of cultural identity, socialization, and communication difficulties.
